With a national telecommunications workforce, supported by our own Workforce Management System (StreamLine), regionally based management and warehousing, and coordinated from our national operations centre (NOC) in Sydney, it’s our ability to rapidly scale combined with our focus on customer service excellence that’s seen us partner with major Telecommunications players, including nbn for fibre, copper and HFC, TPG, Tata Consulting Services (TCS), Lendlease and Fulton Hogan.

It’s these same qualities that has also seen us awarded a finalist in the 2015 ACOMMS Awards and more recently an nbn 2016 Supplier of the Year Award.

Lead-In Installations

A lead-in installation is a fixed line service from the street to the premises of the end-user, using either Fibre (FTTP), Copper (FTTN/C) or Coax (HFC)

We deliver a range of lead-in installation services for both aerial lead-ins (from a pole to a premise) and underground lead-ins, using either an existing conduit or generating a new conduit.

Customer Installations

Installation of equipment inside the premises of the end user to support Fibre, Copper and Coxial networks.

Services in this area also include fixing faults found in existing customer installations.

Fibre Splicing

Fibre splicing involves highly specialised installations of dedicated fibre links, generally from a data centre to the end user. These are most commonly used by larger scale businesses.

Our services in this area cover fusion splicing in pits or premises.

Rod, Rope and Haul (RRH)

Our Rod, Rope and Haul services cover a range of activities delivered to support Splicing.  These include, but are not limited to: hauling new fibre links in buildings and between pits; and Civils work carried out to support additional cables.

Address Validation

Address Validation work involves scoping large areas, with a high volume of dwellings, to confirm the number of premises requiring service installations or upgrades to support proposed designs.

Network Validation

Similar to Address Validation, Network Validation involves scoping defined areas to determine whether existing conduit networks (‘Duct Networks’) have the capacity to take the additional cables needed to support proposed designs, or if upgrades are required.

Network Validation services may include: roping the ducts and checking available room within each duct; and emptying the ducts/pits of dirt and water to make them ready for use.
